Where Vision Meets Execution

AEI Unlimited partnered with The GRDNT to produce Capture and Create, an interactive photography workshop led by Josh Maclin. Held on September 16, 2023, this free community event offered aspiring photographers a chance to learn about lenses, lighting, and portrait techniques in a dynamic, live setting. From pre-production scheduling to location and crew management, AEI ensured the workshop ran smoothly from start to finish. The event sold out within 48 hours, achieved an 80% attendance rate, and gave participants content they could use to elevate their professional portfolios.

AEI Unlimited served as the lead project manager for The Eden Agency during the development and launch of Awf the Record, a podcast hosted by award-winning journalists Mona Kosar and Jeanette Reyes. From January to May 2024, AEI oversaw production planning, contractor coordination, and creative execution, ensuring deadlines were met and the brand vision remained cohesive. The podcast officially launched on September 6, 2024, and quickly gained traction, earning 10,000 followers in its first week alone. AEI’s culturally rooted approach and strategic planning helped deliver a smooth and successful rollout.

AEI Unlimited led the full production of PlayDates, a dynamic social event by Grits Creative that fused play, learning, and creative collaboration. From concept to final edits, AEI managed every stage—helping local entrepreneurs co-create engaging visual content while building community. The event featured a live DJ, editorial shoot opportunities, and space to connect with Richmond’s creative scene. With flexible post-production scheduling and a strategic rollout plan, AEI ensured that content created at the event could be shared long after the lights dimmed—extending impact and storytelling beyond the day itself.

AEI Unlimited collaborated with The GRDNT and Grits Creative Studio to bring ASPCT to life—an online video series featuring Richmond-based creatives sharing their journeys, challenges, and visions. AEI managed pre-production logistics and supported post-production editing and rollout, ensuring the series was launched with clarity and intention. With strategic coordination and a culturally rooted approach, AEI helped create a platform that gives voice to emerging creatives and celebrates the nuance of their experiences. The first episode premiered on July 15, 2025, marking a successful milestone for The GRDNT's growing digital platform.
